Shipping

We offer Free UPS Ground shipping to anywhere in the Continental U.S. and Free Ground shipping via Canpar to our customers in Canada. Orders to the U.S. ship from our office in Washington State. Orders to Canada ship from Canada.

If you wish to upgrade your shipping method to 3 day, 2nd day or Overnight, we are happy to do so. Please contact us and we will quote you a cost. Please be aware that our boxes can be very large and the cost for expedited shipping can become very expensive.

Orders usually ship within 3 to 6 weeks after your order is placed.

When your order ships we will let you know, along with any relevant tracking information, via email.

If you live outside the Continental US or Canada, we will contact you with the actual shipping charge and will process your order only upon your approval.

Any Customs or Duty fees due on items shipped outside of the US or Canada are the customer's responsibility.
