Shipping

We offer Free UPS Ground shipping to anywhere in the Continental U.S.

If you live in Canada, we offer Free UPS Ground Shipping, direct from St. Geneve in Richmond, British Columbia. However, we are required to collect the Canadian HST tax. Please see this page for more information.

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii or outside the Continental US (except for Canada), we will contact you with the actual shipping and/or handling charges and will process your order only upon your approval.

Any Customs or Duty fees due on items shipped outside of the United States are the customer's responsibility. This does not apply to items shipped from direct St. Geneve to customers within Canada, as there will be no customs or duty fees.

If you wish to upgrade your shipping method to 3 day, 2nd day or Overnight, we are happy to do so. Please contact us and we will quote you a cost. Please be aware that our boxes can be very large and the cost for expedited shipping can become very expensive.

Orders usually ship within 3 to 6 weeks after your order is placed.

When your order ships we will let you know, along with any relevant tracking information, via email.
