The St. Geneve Salzburg goose down pillow is filled with an 800 Fill Power White
Goose Down, imported directly from Germany.
Starting with select batches of mature white goose down, it is meticulously
hand sorted to obtain the largest clusters, with the highest densities and
cling factor possible. It looks and behaves very much like a white eiderdown.
It is incredibly dense, soft and lightweight, and will last for generations.
This down is very rare, so please call to verify availability. While
this down tests out at 800 Loft, its high density gives it the equivalent insulating
power of 850 points. This down carries the Zurguard® certification to be
Hypoallergenic.
These pillows are all machine washable. Covered in a special German made 100%
cotton that is also completely dust mite proof. There are no chemical finishes;
just pure natural cotton that is specially woven to make it permanently down
proof and mite proof even after repeated washings. It carries the symbol for
German Quality Assurance, the Oeko certification of purity, and SanProCare
which certifies that it is considerably more breathable than any other cotton.
To achieve a sealed seam, there is no piping.
Wash pillows separately, and only when soiled (Kings & Larger should be
washed individually). A good quality machine washable pillow protector (Not
included) is strongly recommended. It is much better to repeatedly launder
a pillow protector rather than the pillow itself. Too many launderings will
eventually reduce the loft of the down.
