All St. Geneve duvets (down comforters), goose down pillows and bed linens are made to order.

All sales are final, with no returns except for warranty purposes.

Your order may not be cancelled after 48 hours. After 48 hours, your credit card will be charged 50% of the purchase, with the balance charged when your order ships.

Orders usually ship within 3-6 weeks. Please understand that, while we and St. Geneve will make every effort to assure delivery with that time frame, it is only an estimate.

Down Heaven™ is a division of Plumeria Bay®, Inc. Purchases made here will be stated on your credit card statement as Plumeria Bay, Inc.
