All St. Geneve duvets (down comforters), goose down pillows and bed linens are made to order.

All sales are final, with no returns except for warranty purposes.

Orders Shipped to the U.S.: We offer Free UPS Ground shipping to anywhere in the Continental U.S. for items shipped from our offices in Washington State.

Orders Shipped Within Canada: We offer Free UPS Ground Shipping to anywhere in Canada for items shipped directly from St. Geneve in Richmond, BC. No Customs or Duty fees. Applicable Canadian HST Taxes will be charged at the time of sale.

Down Heaven is a U.S. Company and All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii or outside the Continental US (except for Canada), we will contact you with the actual shipping charges and will process your order only upon your approval.

Your order may not be cancelled after 48 hours. Your credit card will be "authorized" for the amount of your purchase at the time of your order. After 48 hours, your credit card will be charged 50% of the total, with the balance charged when your order ships.

Orders usually ship within 3-6 weeks. Please understand that, while we and St. Geneve will make every effort to assure delivery with that time frame, it is only an estimate.
